CHANGES IN DIRECTORSHIP
The board of directors of Kumba is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms
Zarina Bassa as a non-executive director and Chairman of the audit and risk
committee of Kumba with immediate effect.
Zarina is currently the Vice Chairman of ABSA Retail Bank. She has considerable
experience in financial services and serves on the boards of a number of
companies and industry bodies.
