RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
At the general meeting of the shareholders of the Kelly Group held today, 3
December 2008, all the ordinary resolutions proposed were approved by the
requisite majority of votes.
The effect is that shareholders have approved the adoption of the Kelly Group
Limited Share Appreciation Plan.
