Application has today been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London Stock
Exchange for 1,172,583 Ordinary shares of $1 each that have been issued pursuant
to the exercise of an option by the International Finance Corporation.
The shares will trade on The London Stock Exchange and be admitted to The
Official List. All shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of
the Company. Dealings in the new shares are expected to commence on 8 December
2008.
