CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of Sentula hereby notifies its shareholders that,
subsequent to the dispatch of the notice of annual general meeting, Mr Richard
Jonah withdrew his offer to stand for re-election as a director.
The board currently comprises: Sam Jonah (Chairman), Jeffrey van Rooyen (Deputy
Chairman), Robin Berry (Chief Executive Officer), Deon Louw (Chief Financial
Officer), Pat Modisane (Executive Director), Allan Joffe (Non-Executive),
