RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that further to the Annual General Meeting held on 5
December 2008, all ordinary and special resolutions were passed by the requisite
majority of Mvela Resources Shareholders. Special resolution 1, granting a
general authority to repurchase company shares is in the process of being
submitted to the Registrar of Companies for registration.
