REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the ninth annual general meeting of the shareholders of Discovery held
yesterday, 4 December 2008, all the ordinary resolutions and the special
resolution proposed at the meeting were approved by the requisite majority of
votes.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
