REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the third (3rd) annual general meeting of the unitholders of Makalani held on
04 December 2008, unitholders are advised that, save for ordinary resolution
4.5, all the ordinary and special resolutions were passed by the requisite
majority of unitholders.
The special resolutions will be lodged for registration with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
