APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, notice is hereby given of the following appointment to the board of
directors of Indequity:
Mr George Williamson has officially accepted his appointment to the Board of the
Company as an independent non-executive director on 5 December 2008. He will
also serve on the Group Audit Committee. This appointment will be effective from
1 December 2008.
