Where:
* Cash Settlement Amount = (the closing price of the Underlying Parcel on
Expiration Date - the Exercise Price of the expiring Share Instalment - any
other fees and expenses the Warrantholder is liable for in terms of the
Conditions);
* Price of new Share Instalment = closing price of the new Share Instalment
on the Expiration Date of the old Share Instalment determined by the Issuer
as per the matrix offer price based off the closing price of the Underlying
Security. Note - This may differ from the closing price of the new Share
Instalment on the JSE as this level is set before the official close of the
market at 5.00 p.m.
Please note:
1 Any fractional amounts will be rounded down and settled in cash, with the
cash amount paid into the Warrantholders account.
2 The new Share Instalments will take around 5 Business Days from the
Expiration Date of the old series to be delivered into the Warrantholders
account.
Warrantholders should ensure that their holdings are registered prior to
the Expiration Date as only registered Warrantholders will be entitled to
the rollover. Share Instalments will be exercisable in accordance with
the terms and conditions set out in the Common Terms Document, relevant
Conditions Annexure/s and/or Supplements. All Share Instalments will be
settled via STRATE. Please note that the Share Instalments that do not
rollover will be settled in accordance with the provisions set out in the
relevant Conditions Annexure/s and/or Supplements.
