DEALINGS IN SECURITIES OF AFRICAN BRICK BY YAKANI INFRACO
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on Monday, 10
November 2008 and in the press on Tuesday, 11 November 2008, wherein they were
advised that the Company has received a firm intention to make an offer from
Yakani Infraco to acquire 51% of the entire issued share capital of the Company
at 28 cents per share.
Shareholders are hereby advised that, in terms of rule 7.1 of the Securities
Regulation Code on Take-Overs and Mergers, the following dealings in African
Brick took place by Yakani Infraco on 3rd and 4th December 2008.

December 04, 2008 3 382 055 at price of 26 cents per share
Yakani Infraco now holds 49 969 215 shares, which is equivalent to 16% of the
issued share capital, in African Brick.
