Results of Annual General Meeting
Shareholders are advised that at the Annual General Meeting of Phumelela Gaming
and Leisure Limited shareholders held on Friday 5 December 2008, the special
resolution and ordinary resolutions proposed in terms of the notice of annual
general meeting dated 31 October 2008, were all passed by the requisite
majorities. The special resolution will be submitted to the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
