ADJUSTMENT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PPCIHG - ZAE000122859
Investec Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities (HEDS)
Pretoria Portland Cement Company Limited will acquire 7.34195 PPC ordinary
shares for every 100 PPC ordinary shares held in return for a consideration of
R31.31976 per PPC ordinary share acquired.
With regard to this corporate action, the following adjustments will be made to
PPCIHG positions on Monday the 8th December 2008 (Ex date). The adjustments will
be made to the positions held in PPCIHG as at close of business on Friday 5th
December 2008 (LDT).

For every 100 PPCIHG holders will receive 92.66 PPCIHG and a cash consideration.
The cash consideration will be an amount equivalent to selling 7.34 PPCIHG at a
price using a spot reference of R31.32
