Collective Investment Scheme in Securities ("NewFunds") registered as such in
terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 45 of 2002, managed by
NewFunds (Proprietary) Limited (the "Manager")
DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT - SALIENT DATES
Notice is hereby given that the following dates are of importance in regard to a
possible quarterly distribution by the NewSA ETF to holders of NewSA securities.
Last day to trade "CUM" distribution: Tuesday, 23 December 2008
Securities trade "EX" distribution: Wednesday, 24 December 2008
Record date: Friday, 2 January 2009
Declaration of the amount to be distributed (if any) and the payment date will
be made within 14 business days after the record date.
