CHANGE TO THE COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, notification
is hereby given that Ms Nonqaba Katamzi has been appointed as Group Company
Secretary of Group Five with effect from 5 January 2009.
In view of the above, Guy Mottram will continue acting as Group Company
Secretary of Group Five until this date.
