RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING RELATING TO THE CHANGE IN NAME OF THE COMPANY
Following the announcement released on SENS on 13 November 2008 relating to the
proposed change in name of the company and salient dates thereof, shareholders
are advised that, at the general meeting of All Joy held on Monday, 08 December
2008, at 103 Booysens Reserve Road, Crown Mines, Johannesburg, all the
resolutions relating to the approval of the change of name of the company to
AH-Vest Limited were duly passed. The special resolution will be submitted to
the Registrar of Companies for registration in due course. Any amendment to the
salient dates from those previously published will be announced on SENS.
