Correction Announcement: Pretoria Portland Cement Company Ltd (PPC)
Warrant notice
Holders of the warrants below are referred to the notice to shareholders of
PRETORIA PORTLAND CEMENT COMPANY LTD "PPC", regarding the corporate action.
PPC LTD will acquire 7.34195 PPC shares for every 100 PPC shares held in return
for a consideration of R31.31976 per PPC share acquired.
With regard to this corporate action, the following adjustments will be made to
PPC warrants effective Monday the 8th December 2008 (Ex date).
