RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of the company held
on Tuesday, 9 December 2008, the ordinary and special resolutions tabled in
terms of the notice of annual general meeting dated 16 October 2008 were all
passed by the requisite majority of shareholders. The special resolutions will
be submitted to the Registrar of Companies for registration as soon as is
reasonably possible.
