WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the announcement dated 26 November 2008 regarding the ongoing
cautionary announcement, shareholders are advised that the discussions regarding
transactions aimed at raising development capital are still ongoing but will
have no material effect on the company. Accordingly, caution is no longer
required to be exercised by shareholders when dealing in Aflease`s shares.
