Following a change in board for SA Mineral Resources (South Africa, constituent)
from the Venture Capital Market to the Main Board, and notification from the
Stock Exchange, FTSE and the JSE announces the following changes:

FTSE/JSE Africa Venture SA Mineral Resources (South 15 December 2008
Capital (J231) Africa, ZAE000110029, 6566830)
will be deleted from the index.
Please note SA Mineral Resources will have a name change to SacOil Holdings on
the 12th December 2008.
