Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above AMSIRP, Barrier Put Warrant
Security (REVS), advised Holders that due to the breach of the stop loss level
of R86.25 in the Underlying Share, as of close of business on Tuesday, 9
December 2008 the abovementioned Barrier Put Warrant (REVS) has been terminated.
The Rebate Payment represents the number of REVS held on the termination date,
multiplied by the excess of the simple average of the Volume Weighted Average
Price ("VWAP") of the Underlying Share over the two Business Days following the
Termination Date over the Exercise Price (Strike Price) of R 103.50. This amount
will automatically accrue to holders via instruction through STRATE.
The VWAP on Wednesday, 10 December 2008 = R88.87
The VWAP on Thursday, 11 December 2008 = R91.44
The simple average of the 2 day VWAP = R90.155
Holders will receive R13.35 for every warrant held
