CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
After consultation with the Board of the company, the Chairperson of the Board
has accepted the resignation of Peter Waweru as CEO of the company with effect
from 28 February 2009.
The company would like to thank Peter for his contribution in taking the company
to listing on AltX during November 2007 as well as his contribution in listing
the company on Yield-X during 2008. His contribution during our first year in
the corporate environment is greatly appreciated.
We wish Peter well for his future endeavours and look forward to working with
him until February 2009.
The Board is in the process of compiling a shortlist of candidates as a
replacement and an announcement will be made as soon as an agreement has been
reached with the successor. Should the successor not be available for office
starting 1 March 2009, Ben Pierre Malherbe (current Chief Operating Officer)
will act as interim CEO until such time that a newly appointed CEO can take up
office.
