CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, a listed company is
required to announce changes to its Board of Directors.
Jason Drew has announced that he is stepping down as Chief Executive Officer
with effect from 1 January 2009 but will remain a board member. The day to day
management will remain with the executive team until a replacement Chief
Executive is appointed.
Also, the Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Alan Farthing as
independent non-executive director with immediate effect. Alan, a Chartered
Accountant (South Africa), was Financial Director of Business Connexion Group
from 2002 to 2007 and joins the Board to serve as Chairman of the Audit
Committee.
