DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE AGL SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given that the dividend declaration amount relating to ANGLO
AMERICAN PLC relating to the Share Instalment Trust will be announced on Friday,
20 February 2009. The payment date will be Wednesday, 29 April 2009.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 6 March 2009. The share instalment
will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 9 March 2009, the record date
will be Friday, 13 March 2009.
