ACCEPTANCE OF OPTIONS BY DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that options have been granted to and accepted by the
executive directors of the company on the basis set out below.
The options have been granted in terms of the MiX performance option scheme
and/or phantom performance scheme and in addition to the normal vesting periods
are conditional on:
- the MiX share price increasing by 10% per annum in the case of certain of -
the options; and
- the MiX share price reaching R5 per share in the case of the balance of the
options.
Date of transaction: 15 December 2008
Option strike price: 70 cents
Period of exercise: After 2 years: 25%
After 3 years: 50%
After 4 years: 75%
After 5 years: 100%
After 6 years the
