Shareholders are advised that Fitch Ratings ("Fitch") has re-rated Super
Group`s National Long-term ("LT") rating to BB(zaf) from A-(zaf), and also
re-rated its National Short-term ("ST") rating from F2(zaf) to B(zaf). The LT
and ST ratings remain on Rating Watch Negative (RWN).
