NewFunds (Proprietary) Limited
ADDITIONAL LISTING OF PARTICIPATORY INTERESTS
eRAFI(TM) ETF has issued an additional 2,000,000 participatory interests
("eRAFI(TM) securities") at an issue price of approximately R20.61 per eRAFI(TM)
security with effect from commencement of business today. Following this issue,
there will be 19,068,424 eRAFI(TM) securities in issue.
