FULFILMENT OF CONDITIONS PRECEDENT IN BT COMMUNICATIONS SERVICES SOUTH AFRICA
(PROPRIETARY) LIMITED ("BTSA") TRANSACTION
Further to the announcement dated 5 November 2008 regarding the acquisition by
Sekunjalo of a 30% stake in BTSA, shareholders are advised that all the
conditions precedent namely:-
- the approval of the South African Reserve Bank; and
- the execution of other ancillary secretarial items necessary to give effect to
the acquisition;
have been met and that the transaction is hence unconditional and considered
formally concluded.
