NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING TO BE HELD AT 12:00 ON
TUESDAY, 20 JANUARY 2009 AT THE GLENHOVE CONFERENCE CENTRE, 52 GLENHOVE ROAD,
MELROSE ESTATE, JOHANNESBURG
Shareholders are advised that the abridged annual financial statements for the
year ended 30 June 2008 released on SENS on 10 September 2008 are unchanged from
the annual financial statements posted to shareholders on 19 December 2008 with
the exception of the revaluation of the investment properties retrospective to
the financial year ended 30 June 2006, reflected as a prior adjustment the value
of which is regarded as immaterial.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Sallies will be held
at at 12:00 on Tuesday, 20 January 2009 at the Glenhove Conference Centre, 52
Glenhove Road, Melrose Estate, Johannesburg. The notice of annual general
meeting is issued with the annual report, which contains the annual financial
statements of Sallies for the year ended 30 June 2008.
