CHANGE OF DIRECTORS
In terms of para. 3.59 of the JSE listing requirements, Imuniti advises that Mr.
Johan Barnard has resigned as an Executive Director with effect from 31 December
2008. Mr. Barnard will remain on the Board as a non-executive director. The
Board hereby takes this opportunity to thank Mr. Barnard for his unselfish
commitment to Imuniti and for the time and efforts spent with the Group. We wish
him well with his new endevours.
