RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa Listings
Requirements, it is with regret that Nictus announces that Prof. Stephanus S.
Loubser resigned as an independent non-executive director of Nictus Limited. Due
to his extensive involvement serving on various boards and balancing his time
between these responsibilities, it resulted in him reassessing his position.
Since joining as independent non-executive director, Prof. Stephanus S. Loubser
has made a major contribution to the Nictus Group. His resignation is effective
14 December 2008.
