Adcock Ingram issues Annual Financial Statements and Notice of Annual General
Meeting
Shareholders are advised that Adcock Ingram`s annual report, containing its
financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2008 which were prepared in
accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards and the notice of
the annual general meeting, have been issued to holders of securities and the
JSE Limited on 17 December 2008.
An abridged report will not be published as the audited financial results
published on SENS on 2 December 2008 remain unchanged.
The annual general meeting of members of Adcock Ingram will be held at 15h00 on
28 January 2009 at the Company`s premises at 1 New Road, Midrand, Gauteng.
