Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of The
Don will be held on Friday, 23 January 2009 at 10:00 at 65 Kyalami Boulevard,
Kyalami Business Park, Kyalami to transact the business stated in the notice of
the annual general meeting, which is contained in the Annual Report.
