DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
The manager and trustees of Satrix (being Satrix Managers (Proprietary) Limited
and ABSA Bank Limited respectively) have resolved to make a distribution to
holders of Satrix INDI securities in respect of the quarter ended 31 December
2008. This distribution, constituted entirely by dividends, will:
- be an amount of 3.49 cents (R0.0349) per Satrix INDI security;
- be made to all holders of Satrix INDI securities recorded in the register
on 2 January 2009;
- be effected on 8 January 2009.
