DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
The manager and trustees of Satrix (being Satrix Managers (Proprietary) Limited
and ABSA Bank Limited respectively) have resolved to make a distribution to
holders of Satrix RESI securities in respect of the quarter ended 31 December
2008. This distribution, constituted entirely by dividends, will:
- be an amount of 17.35 cents (R0.1735) per Satrix RESI security;
- be made to all holders of Satrix RESI securities recorded in the register
on 2 January 2009;
- be effected on 8 January 2009.
Furthermore, the manager and the trustees wish to clarify and amend the prior
distribution for the quarter ended 31 March 2008 as follows:
- the dividend of 45.75 cents constituted 23.60 cents in respect of dividends
and 22.15 cents in respect of other income.
