Growthpoint (South Africa): Right`s Offer FTSE/JSE Africa Index Series

Following finalisation of the rights offer in the ratio of 10 rights offer
shares for every
100 Growthpoint shares held at a subscription price of ZAR13.60 per rights offer
and notification from the Stock Exchange, FTSE and the JSE announces the
following changes.
These rights will only be applied if the offer price remains below the trading
price.
