APPROVAL AND POSTING DATE OF THE 2008 ANNUAL REPORT
Shareholders are advised that the 2008 Annual Report was approved by the
directors on 5 December 2008 and was posted to shareholders on 22 December 2008.
The electronic version of the 2008 Annual Report will be available on Petmin`s
website (www.petmin.co.za) from 17H15, on 23 December 2008.
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The notice of the Annual General Meeting, which will be held in the Petmin
boardroom, 37 Peter Place, Bryanston, Johannesburg, on Tuesday, 27 January 2009
at 14H00, is included in the Annual Report.
NO CHANGE STATEMENT
With regard to the audited results for the year ended 30 June 2008, shareholders
are advised that the annual financial statements distributed to shareholders
contain no material changes to the Condensed Consolidated Reviewed Financial
Statements which were published on SENS and RNS on 17 September 2008.
