NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
Shareholders are advised that the company`s annual report, incorporating the
audited financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2008, were posted to
shareholders on 29 December 2008 and contains no changes to the audited results
which were announced on SENS on Tuesday, 30 September 2008 and in the press on
Wednesday, 1 October 2008.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Command shareholders
will be held at Protea Hotel, Victoria Junction, Cnr Somerset and Ebenezer
Roads, Cape Town on Thursday, 22 January 2009 at 09:00, to transact business as
stated in the notice of annual general meeting of shareholders circulated
together with the annual financial statements.
