of Merchant are advised that the audited financial statements of the Company for
the financial year ended 30 September 2008 were posted on Tuesday, 23 December
2008. There were no changes to the abridged audited results as published on SENS
on Tuesday, 23 December 2008.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Merchant shareholders
will be held at 11 Sunbury Park, La Lucia Ridge Office Estate, La Lucia, Durban,
4319 on Tuesday, 24 March 2009 at 09h00, to transact business as stated in the
notice of annual general meeting of shareholders circulated together with the
annual financial statements.
