AMENDMENT TO NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
Further to the announcement released on 18 December 2008, shareholders are
advised that the HVB loan agreement has not as yet been signed. Accordingly,
the Company is withdrawing the resolution in respect of the HVB future specific
issue as provided for in the notice of general meeting attached to the circular
posted to shareholders on 17 December 2008.
