RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
Shareholders are advised that in terms of the final addendum to Sale of Shares
Agreement entered into between Candur Active Value Investments (Proprietary)
Limited ("CAVI") and Beige and Crystal Pack (Proprietary) Limited and Gregory
Anderson dated 23 May 2008 Gregory Anderson`s contract expired on 31 December
2008 and he has therefore resigned as a director and employee of the company on
that date.
The board thanks Greg for his contribution to the company and wishes him well in
his future endeavours.
