APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the board is pleased to announce the appointment of Jacqui Usher as
Non-Executive director of Milkworx with effect from 5 January 2009. Jacqui
has held various financial positions in different sectors. Her positions
included being the Financial Director for Mondi Europe & Group, and she has
recently acted as an independent financial consultant focused on the BBBEE
market sector. Jacqui is currently CFO for Great Plains Safari Companies
Ltd.
The board is of the opinion that Jacqui`s extensive financial experience
will add significant value to Milkworx.
