APPOINTMENT OF NOMINATED ADVISOR AND BROKERS
Coal of Africa Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Morgan Stanley
& Co. International Limited and Evolution Securities Limited as Joint Brokers to
the Company. Evolution Securities Limited is also being appointed as Nominated
Advisor to the Company.
These appointments take place with immediate effect. Mirabaud Securities Limited
remains as the Company`s Joint Broker.
Simon Farrell, Managing Director of CoAL, commented: "The appointment of Morgan
Stanley & Co. and Evolution Securities adds a wealth of experience in the
resources sector and compliments CoAL`s growth strategy. These appointments come
at an exciting time for CoAL as the Company makes the transition from developer
