RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 2 September 2008 and the
renewal of cautionary announcements dated 14 October 2008 and 24 November
2008, shareholders are advised that Country Foods is still in the process of
restructuring and refinancing the group which may have a material effect on
the price of the company`s securities. Accordingly, shareholders are advised
to continue exercising caution when dealing in the company`s securities until
a further announcement is made.
