TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2009
Caxton shareholders are advised that the group expects headline earnings per
share (HEPS) for the six months ended 31 December 2008 to be between 15% and 25
% lower than that of the previous corresponding reporting period.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by Caxton`s auditors. The financial results of the
Company will be published on or about 18 February 2009.
