Further to the announcement dated 30 October 2008, shareholders are advised that
the acquisition by Rolfes Chemicals (Pty) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of
Rolfes, of the entire issued share capital of New Heights 390 (Pty) Limited,
trading as Triangle Solvents, has become unconditional as all suspensive
conditions relating thereto have been fulfilled.
