RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of SA French held
today, all the resolutions as set out in the notice of annual general meeting
were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders, with the exception of
ordinary resolution number 2 regarding the approval to issue ordinary shares and
sell treasury shares for cash which resolution was withdrawn by the Chairman at
the meeting.
The special resolution will be submitted for registration at the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
