APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, notice is hereby given of the following appointments to the board of
directors of Libhold:
Mr Anthony Peter Cunningham and Mr Mthandazo Peter Moyo have both been appointed
as independent non-executive directors of Libhold, with effect from 1 February
2009.
Mr Anthony Peter Cunningham has also been appointed a member of the Group Risk
Committee with effect from 1 February 2009.
