RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of ConvergeNet held
on Friday, 16 January 2009, at the registered office of the company, Arcay House
II, Number 3 Anerley Road, Parktown, Johannesburg, all the ordinary resolutions
and the special resolution to repurchase shares presented in the notice of the
annual general meeting were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.
The special resolution will be lodged with the Registrar of Companies in due
course.
