Further to the detailed cautionary announcements released on SENS dated 28
July and 23 October 2008 respectively, shareholders are advised that the
negotiations referred to therein have been deferred due to the current
economic environment. Shareholders will be advised accordingly by way of an
announcement when negotiations will be resumed.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised that as the negotiations have been
deferred and have ceased to have any relevance or effect on the company,
caution is no longer required to be exercised by shareholders when dealing in
their securities.
