CLARITY ON PAYMENT DATES
Shareholders are referred to the circular dated 15 January 2009 regarding the
disposal of the business of Rubax (Pty) Ltd to Al-ko Trailco (Pty) Ltd for a
consideration of R6 million plus an amount equal to the value of stock as
determined in terms of the agreement, and the offer from Dunrose Investments 143
(Pty) Ltd, subject to the fulfilment of the conditions precedent, to purchase
all of the shares in issue, other than the ordinary shares currently held by it
and its associates, for a cash consideration of 30 cents per share and to
subsequently terminate the listing of the company on the JSE Limited.
Should the requisite resolutions be passed, shareholders accepting the offer
will receive payment on Monday 23 February 2009 as per the timetable set out on
page 2 of the circular.
Shareholders unable to attend the meeting must lodge their Form of Proxy by no
later than 10:00 on Wednesday 28 January 2009.
